Brandon Rush is a resident of Portland, Connecticut, and a full-time commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial. He began his professional career in the technology sector, serving school systems throughout Connecticut in various IT roles ranging from help desk support to Director of Technology. This background provided a strong foundation in systems thinking, problem-solving, and process-driven decision-making.

After transitioning into real estate investing personally, Brandon pivoted into commercial real estate brokerage, where he now advises business owners and investors on the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties throughout Central Connecticut and beyond. He is known for his clear communication, transparency, and structured approach to guiding clients through complex transactions.

Brandon is part of a 21-broker commercial real estate team at Coldwell Banker Commercial, a nationally recognized brokerage platform that services all major commercial asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and land. This team-based structure allows Brandon to provide clients with both local market expertise and national-level resources.

Outside of his professional work, Brandon is an avid road cyclist and mountain biker and enjoys traveling both locally and internationally.
