Job Purpose: As a Wealth Advisor Associate / Paraplanner at Barron Financial Group, you will play an integral role in supporting our financial advisors and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional looking to start or advance their career in the wealth management field. You will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, investment analysis, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
●Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies and retirement projections.
●Conduct research on financial products and investment strategies to support advisor recommendations.
●Prepare and maintain accurate client records, financial analyses, and reports.
●Assist in the preparation for client meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
●Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their financial planning needs.
●Network with local businesses and community organizations to promote the firm's services and expand business opportunities.
●Stay informed about financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and deliver up-to-date advice.
Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
●SIE or FPQP required. Series 65/66 expected within the first two years of employment.
●Self-confidence, personal integrity, and a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibility.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
●Talented at networking with businesses and local communities to build relationships and generate business.
●Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
●Experience in financial planning or paraplanning is preferred, but not required.
