Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own book of business, developing long-term client relationships, and providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong sales background and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prospect, cultivate, and manage your own book of business by actively seeking new client opportunities through networking, community involvement, and marketing initiatives.

● Develop and execute firm marketing and prospecting strategies to generate leads and engage new clients.

● Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ financial goals and present customized solutions that align with their needs.

● Explain the benefits of our fee-only, fiduciary model to prospective clients, promoting Barron Financial Group’s value proposition with confidence and clarity.

● Collaborate with our team to prepare and present comprehensive financial plans, investment strategies, and portfolio management services.

● Represent Barron Financial Group within your community, becoming a trusted resource and advocate for the firm’s services.

● Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice and recommendations.

● Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

● Series 65 or 66 license required (or willingness to obtain one if holding other securities licenses).

●1-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field.

●Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and market dynamics.

●Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

●Strong work ethic, self-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● CFP® designation or additional financial credentials (e.g., AWMA®).

● Master’s degree or MBA.

● Experience working within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm.

● Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
