Description
We’ll begin with a brief tour and networking from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM (August 28th), followed by the Tribe Training session from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Tribe is a fantastic small-group personal training program designed to enhance overall strength, mobility, and flexibility through functional training.
We recommend everyone come dressed in comfortable, breathable clothing and sneakers, and bring a water bottle and towel, if needed.
