To assemble a per diem workforce, receives and transmits emergency and administrative messages over combined Police, Fire, and emergency medical communications system. Routes all calls, dispatches personnel and equipment to scene. Must operate radio equipment, various computer programs, CAD and NCIC computer systems, and related equipment. Must communicate clearly, calmly and effectively under emergency situations and have excellent customer service skills.
