The Emerging Leaders honor is based on the areas of Professional Leadership, Community Service and Personal Leadership.

Criteria includes:

Nominee should be 40 or under
Demonstrates Professional Leadership, Community Service and Personal Leadership
Nominee must be a member of the Central CT Chambers of Commerce (Nominee cannot self-nominate)
